Davit Systems & Components

Davit systems (sometimes called hoists) support workers vertically in confined spaces. They require a winch or a self-retracting lifeline (SRL) to raise and lower workers or to be used for fall protection and retrieval. Systems can be modified with mast extensions, arms, and different bases of the same brand and series to fit specific confined space needs.

Davit system arms connect to davit bases to mount a winch or self-retracting lifeline (SRL). Mast arms extend the height and reach of the davit system away from the mast so workers can be supported over edges when the mast cannot be installed directly next to or over the space.
