Order LookupSteam Traps
Steam traps integrate into hydronic heating systems and remove condensate, air, and other non-condensable gases from the system. High-flow inverted bucket steam traps have simple mechanical mechanisms that separate steam and fluids. They are commonly used for heavy condensate loads and are clog-resistant. Efficient float and thermostatic steam traps feature a combination of floats with thermo-reactive metals to separate air and condensate from the steam. They can handle variable loads and can remove air and condensate while minimizing steam loss. Compact thermodynamic steam traps, also called disc steam traps, feature thermally reactive discs that open and close in response to specific steam and condensate conditions. Fast-acting thermostatic steam traps have thermally reactive metals to quickly open or close valves to separate steam and condensate. Steam trap repair kits, parts, and accessories replace worn or damaged parts or add new or enhanced functionality.
