Fast-Acting Thermostatic Steam Traps

Fast-acting thermostatic steam traps respond to temperature changes faster than other types of steam traps. As the temperature rises above the boiling point of water, the trap closes to retain the steam being generated. As the temperature drops below that point, the trap opens to allow condensate and water to drain from the system.

Stainless Steel Straight-Thru Thermostatic Steam Traps
These steam traps feature a highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel body that is stronger than brass and can withstand higher temperatures. Their straight-thru connections pass steam in a straight line through their bodies from one side to the other and allow them to fit into existing HVAC system plumbing with minimal modifications.
