Dado Sets
Available2 products
Dado sets install into radial or table saws and cut flat-bottomed, straight-sided grooves (dadoes) to join wood workpieces. When used with a fence, they also cut rabbet, half-lap, mortise-and-tenon, and tongue-and-groove joints. Also known as dado stacks, they consist of a pair of outer scoring blades with multiple chipper blades sandwiched in between.
Dado Sets
These dado sets include a pair of scoring blades, multiple chipper blades, and multiple shims to create a stack of the desired width. The scoring blades cut the edges while the chippers remove material from the center. The chippers can be stacked and spaced with shims to get the desired cut width. The depth of cut adjusts via the table saw controls.
