Flange alignment tools assist with leveling and positioning pipe flanges so they can fasten together to form a joint. They align flanges in new pipe installations and after refacing or making repairs on existing pipe installations.
Flange Alignment Tools
Flange alignment tools lift, shift, and rotate mated flanges to line up the bolt holes so that fasteners can slide in. They attach near the flanges, insert their lift hook at the point of greatest misalignment, and move the flanges into alignment. These flange alignment tools correct greater misalignments than pin-style tools.

Flange Alignment Pins
Flange alignment pins correct minor misalignments of flange faces. They include two pins—one pin inserts into an aligned bolt hole and the other pin inserts into a partially aligned bolt hole and turns until both holes are fully aligned.

Flange levelers are specialized bubble levels that insert into bolt holes of mated flanges to check the vertical and horizontal placement. They confirm that flanges are plumb and level when using internal fit-up clamps or other positioning tools to align flanges.
