Corded weld shavers set welds flush with the surface without damaging surrounding material. They trim beads in a single pass and provide a more uniform joint than grinders. These corded tools allow long run times for repetitive tasks and maintain full power during operation.
Weld Shavers
Weld shavers cut with multiple indexable inserts that remove material as the milling head rotates. The milling head adjusts up or down to set the depth of cut. Base plates on each side of the head stabilize the cutter and form a slot for guiding the cut along the weld.
