Powered Cable Pullers & Feeders
Available14 products
Powered cable pullers and feeders draw large cables through long runs of electrical conduit, making pulls that would be too difficult with a fish tape. The pullers tug the cable from one end of the run while the feeders dispense cable from reels at the other end.
Cable Pullers
Cable pullers generate strong pulling force to draw building wire, datacom cable, and other large-diameter cable through conduit. Also known as cable tuggers, their motorized capstan turns a pulling rope that's been fed through conduit and attached to cable at the other end. They require a pulling rope with a capacity that matches or exceeds the puller's maximum pulling force. The cable weight, conduit length, and number of bends (legs) in the run are factors to consider when selecting a cable puller to provide the necessary pulling force.

Cable Feeders
Cable feeders move cable from reels and into conduit to assist the puller at the other end of the run. They feed cable from more than one reel at the same time, allowing faster pulls and requiring fewer people to manage the reels. Their speed adjusts to match the puller speed, and they guide cable between their tires to prevent kinks and tangles.
