Sheet Metal Folding Tools
Available9 products
Sheet metal folding tools make long, uniform bends along thin-gauge metal sheets. They hold the edge of sheet metal to a set depth to guide the fold. These tools are commonly used by HVAC technicians, roofers, and siding installers.
Sheet Metal Folding Tools
Folding tools provide a wide, reinforced straightedge for bending and forming sheet metal. Also known as folding bars, they operate like handheld sheet metal brakes to create folds with a long, straight crease. They have a slot (folding seam) along each side that holds the edge of sheet to a uniform depth. Each slot is a different size for a different folding depth. Sight holes allow checking for proper alignment within the slot before making the bend. These sheet metal folding tools are commonly used to fold joist pans, trunk line end caps, drive cleats, and other components in HVAC applications.

Edge Rollers
Edge rollers press and roll the edges of sheet metal between multiple rollers to form straight or curved bends. The rollers adjust to set the bending depth and lock in place at the desired setting. They apply the bending force as the tool handle is gradually lifted while gliding the rollers back and forth along the sheet metal's edge. These sheet metal edge rollers are commonly used to bend the edges of metal roofing materials.

Drip-Edge Folding Tools
Drip-edge folding tools form edges on metal roofing panels to direct water away from fascia and into gutters. They have a slot (folding seam) along each side that holds the edge of sheet to a uniform depth. Each slot is a different size for a different folding depth. Their handle provides leverage for making overhead bends on installed roof panels and for bending panels on a workbench before installation.
