Order LookupSocket Drivers & Speeder Handles
Available7 products
Socket drivers look similar to a screwdriver but are used for installing (tightening) or removing (loosening) nuts and bolts. These drivers have a handle, shaft, and a drive at the end of the shaft that connects to a socket that rotates the fastener when the handle is turned. Socket drivers are used to turn small nuts and bolts that only need hand tightening. Speeder handles, also known as speeder bars, have a large bend in the shaft that allows the shaft to be turned rapidly to quickly rotate the socket to install (tighten) or remove (loosen) nuts and bolts. The shaft has a drive at the end of the shaft that connects to a socket that rotates the fastener when the handle is turned. Speeder handles are used to turn small nuts and bolts that only require hand tightening.

T-Handle Insulated Socket Drivers
These T-handle insulated socket drivers have an insulated handle to protect against electrical shock from live electrical circuits and are suitable for use near electrical components. The insulated handle also allows for a more secure grip when turning compared to a noninsulated handle. They have a T-handle that can provide more torque to a fastener compared to a socket driver with a straight handle.

Flexible Shaft Socket Drivers
These flexible shaft socket drivers have a flexible shaft which allows the shaft to bend around an obstruction to tighten or loosen nuts and bolts. Flexible socket drivers are for use in turning fasteners that only require hand tightening.
