Bearing Splitters & Sets
Available17 products
Bearing splitters act as wedges that work with push-pullers or jaw pullers to remove bearings or other press-fit parts from shafts. Also known as bearing separators, they surround the part to grip it and pull it back with the action of the puller. Bearing splitters provide a secure hold on parts that are difficult to grip directly with the tips of a jaw puller.
Bearing Splitters
Bearing splitters wedge their tapered edges behind a bearing to unseat it so it can be pulled off of a shaft. Also known as clamshell pullers, they create a gap that separates the bearing from a mating surface or another shaft-mounted component. They attach to a push-puller or jaw puller that draws back the splitter to pop the bearing off of the shaft.

V-Belt Pulley Separators
V-belt pulley separators slot into a pulley's V-groove to remove the pulley without bending or breaking it. Their V-shaped jaws grip fully along the groove to evenly distribute the pulling force. They attach to a push-puller or jaw puller that draws back the separator to pop the pulley off of the shaft.
