Non-Sparking Tongue & Groove Pliers
Available2 products
Non-sparking tongue-and-groove pliers provide a wide jaw-capacity range to grip and turn pipes, fittings, fasteners, and other items when working in areas where combustible dust or flammable liquids, gas, or vapors are present. They contain no ferrous metals, so they resist creating sparks and reduce the risk of ignition in hazardous locations. Also known as multigrips and groove joint pliers, they have an adjustable pivot point for moving their lower jaw up or down a grooved channel to set the distance between the jaws. The jaws lock into place at the desired setting, remain parallel to maintain grip, and are angled from the handles to increase leverage.
Flat-Jaw Non-Sparking Tongue & Groove Pliers
Flat jaws on these non-sparking tongue-and-groove pliers provide a firm grip on bars, square tube stock, and the flats of fasteners. Also known as straight-jaw pliers, they make full contact with flat surfaces.
