Triangular Files
Available55 products
Triangular files abrade material in tight corners and angles less than 90°. Also known as three-square files, they clean up square corners, create V-grooves with 60° angles, and start the process of squaring round holes before switching to a square file.
Single-Cut Triangular Files
Single-cut teeth on the faces of these triangular three-square files run in diagonal rows and one direction to sharpen edges and produce smooth surface finishes. They cut more slowly than double-cut files but leave a finer finish.

Double-Cut Triangular Files
Double-cut teeth on the faces of these triangular three-square files make aggressive cuts. Each face has two crisscrossing sets of diagonal rows of teeth that slant in opposite directions to remove material more quickly and leave a rougher finish than single-cut teeth.
