Video Surveillance Cameras
Video surveillance cameras and systems record strategic locations to deter theft and vandalism. Digital video cameras have fixed lenses that record footage in one position or come with adjustable varifocal lenses to enhance viewing and allow cameras to zoom in for greater clarity. Dummy surveillance cameras are nonfunctional but give the appearance that an area is under surveillance to help deter crime. Network IP video fixed and varifocal cameras monitor areas and record footage for viewing from different network locations. Wireless video cameras record and send footage to compatible cell phones, computers, and other systems.
