Knit cut-resistant gloves meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards to protect hands from cuts, abrasions, lacerations, and punctures when handling sharp items. Spun yarn construction makes knit gloves formfitting. ANSI/ISEA cut levels indicate the level of protection provided. Higher numbers indicate more cut protection but they generally have less dexterity than gloves with lower levels of cut protection.

Light cut-level knit gloves with polyurethane/nitrile-blend coating provide a good grip when handling dry and oily workpieces. Light cut levels (ANSI A2-A3) protect against cuts from handling cardboard, light raw materials, and plastic. Polyurethane-nitrile is lightweight and breathable to keep hands cool and has a better grip than polyurethane alone.
