Order LookupGeneral Purpose Chemical-Resistant Gloves
Available25 products
General purpose chemical-resistant gloves are made of rubber polymers that withstand exposure to acids, bases, solvents, and other chemicals. They are worn by workers who are exposed to hazardous liquids when exposure to other hazards (such as cuts and heat) are not a concern. Gloves with higher levels of protection are generally thicker than gloves with lower levels of protection. Thinner gloves have a better sense of touch and less chemical resistance than thicker gloves.

Biodegradable Nitrile Chemical-Resistant Gloves, Unsupported
These eco-friendly nitrile chemical-resistant gloves are unsupported. Biodegradable gloves meet ASTM D5511 and ASTM D5526 standards for degrading into organic compounds when disposed of in biologically active environments such as landfills. Nitrile gloves resist oils, grease, hydrocarbons, animal fats, punctures, and abrasion. They have good resistance to acids, some organic solvents, pesticides, and fuel. Unsupported gloves have a good sense of touch and are less durable than supported gloves, making them a good choice when gloves come into contact with chemicals but are not fully submerged.
