Order LookupGeneral Purpose Chemical-Resistant Gloves
Available26 products
General purpose chemical-resistant gloves are made of rubber polymers that withstand exposure to acids, bases, solvents, and other chemicals. They are worn by workers who are exposed to hazardous liquids when exposure to other hazards (such as cuts and heat) are not a concern. Gloves with higher levels of protection are generally thicker than gloves with lower levels of protection. Thinner gloves have a better sense of touch and less chemical resistance than thicker gloves.
EN ISO 374 Chemicals Tested
Nitrile Chemical-Resistant Gloves, Unsupported
These nitrile chemical-resistant gloves are unsupported. Nitrile gloves resist oils, grease, hydrocarbons, animal fats, punctures, and abrasion. They have good resistance to acids, some organic solvents, pesticides, and fuel. Unsupported gloves have a good sense of touch and are less durable than supported gloves, making them a good choice when gloves come into contact with chemicals but are not fully submerged.

Neoprene Chemical-Resistant Gloves with Cotton Liner, Supported
These neoprene chemical-resistant gloves have a supported cotton liner. Neoprene gloves are flexible, have a high tensile strength, and are resistant to a broad range of oils, acids, alcohols, fats, ketones, caustics, solvents, greases, and petrochemicals. The supported cotton liner is incorporated into the glove material to increase durability and absorb moisture and perspiration to keep hands dry. Cotton is more comfortable and breathable than synthetic and blended materials. Supported gloves incorporate the liner into the glove for better durability over unsupported gloves, making them a good choice for tasks when gloves are fully submerged in liquid.

Nitrile Chemical-Resistant Gloves with Nylon Liner, Supported
These nitrile chemical-resistant gloves have a supported nylon liner. Nitrile gloves resist oils, grease, hydrocarbons, animal fats, punctures, and abrasion. They have good resistance to acids, some organic solvents, pesticides, and fuel. Nylon glove liners wick moisture away from the skin. They are durable, resist pilling, and produce less lint than other fibers. Supported gloves incorporate the liner into the glove for better durability over unsupported gloves, making them a good choice for tasks when gloves are fully submerged in liquid.

PVA Chemical-Resistant Gloves with Cotton Liner, Supported
These PVA chemical-resistant gloves have a supported cotton liner. PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) is impermeable to gases and has excellent resistance to aromatic and chlorinated solvents. It has no resistance to water and water-based solutions.

Butyl Chemical-Resistant Gloves with Full-Dipped Viton Coating, Unsupported
These butyl chemical-resistant gloves are unsupported and have a full-dip Viton coating. Butyl gloves have a high permeation resistance to gases and water vapors and provide heavy chemical resistance to esters, ketones, and acids. Butyl is very elastic and remains flexible at low temperatures. The full-dipped Viton coating covers the entire glove and is flexible and highly resistant to chemicals such as chlorinated, aliphatic, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Unsupported gloves have a good sense of touch and are less durable than supported gloves, making them a good choice when gloves come into contact with chemicals but are not fully submerged.
