General Purpose Chemical-Resistant Gloves

Available2 products
General purpose chemical-resistant gloves are made of rubber polymers that withstand exposure to acids, bases, solvents, and other chemicals. They are worn by workers who are exposed to hazardous liquids when exposure to other hazards (such as cuts and heat) are not a concern. Gloves with higher levels of protection are generally thicker than gloves with lower levels of protection. Thinner gloves have a better sense of touch and less chemical resistance than thicker gloves.

PVC Chemical-Resistant Gloves with Full-Dipped PVC Coating & Interlock Liner, Supported
These PVC chemical-resistant gloves have a full-dipped PVC coating and a supported interlock liner. Polyvinylchloride (PVC) gloves are abrasion-resistant and provide excellent resistance to acids, fats, and petroleum hydrocarbons. PVC remains flexible at a wide range of temperatures and can be used at low temperatures such as those encountered when working outdoors with refrigerated items. Fully coated gloves protect both sides of the hand from abrasion and liquid and provide an added layer of protection. The interlock liner is a tight knit cotton with a smooth texture. Supported gloves incorporate the liner into the glove for better durability over unsupported gloves, making them a good choice for tasks when gloves are fully submerged in liquid.
