Chemical- & Cut-Resistant Gloves

Chemical- and cut-resistant gloves are made of rubber polymers and are ANSI/ISEA-rated for cut protection to protect workers from hand injuries caused by hazardous liquids and cut hazards. Higher cut levels (A9) provide more cut protection than lower levels (A2). Chemical-resistant gloves withstand exposure to acids, bases, solvents, and other chemicals and are worn by workers in chemical manufacturing, researchers, and others who come into contact with chemicals. Gloves with higher levels of chemical resistance are generally thicker. Thinner gloves have a better sense of touch but less chemical resistance.

A4 Cut-Level Nitrile Chemical-Resistant Gloves

These A4 cut-level chemical-resistant gloves have a palm-dipped nitrile coating with a supported HPPE liner. The nitrile coating on the palm side of the hand and fingers resists abrasion and oils and provides a secure grip when working with dry, greasy, and oily parts. The supported HPPE (high-performance polyethylene) liner is incorporated into the glove material to create a low-linting lightweight glove that is durable, soft, and comfortable while fully submerged in liquid. ANSI/ISEA A4 cut-level gloves protect hands from medium cut hazards found when performing automotive assembly tasks, installing HVAC ductwork, and handling light glass and light stamped metal.
