Firestop Passthroughs & Collars

Firestop passthroughs and collars install in an opening in a fire-rated wall to ensure the wall retains its fire rating. The opening allows wires, cable, and conduit to pass through the wall while maintaining the original fire rating. Integrated intumescent materials expand in high temperatures to close off the opening and prevent smoke and flame from passing into an adjoining space. Passthroughs and collars require a caulk or putty to create a seal with the wall.
