Strap & Cable Anchors

Strap and cable anchors provide a reusable anchor point to connect a lanyard or self-retracting lifeline (SRL) as part of a personal fall protection system when working at height. They have a loop or ring around each end so they wrap around structural components when the structural component is exposed on all sides. They are often wrapped around beams in new construction. These anchors can be used where space is limited or where clamps cannot be used.

The strap can also be passed through itself and the carabiner attached to one end, similar to a choker anchor. These anchors are intended to be removed and reused.
