These permanent anchors install on wood roofs to provide an anchor point for a personal fall protection system. A long, low-profile plate is anchored under the shingles or sheathing on the roof and a D-ring is left exposed to serve as the attachment point. Permanent anchors are installed when roof access or maintenance is required on a regular basis. They cannot be removed and reinstalled in another location.
