These ANSI/ISEA Z358.1-compliant stations turn on with a single motion and remain open for at least 15 minutes or until turned off. Eyewash stations are installed in easily accessible and visible locations throughout facilities such as hospitals, labs, and chemical plants. The ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 standard meets OSHA requirements for safety showers and eyewash stations when they're used as an integral part of a fully compliant installation and inspection plan.

Counter-mount eyewash stations (sometimes called deck mount) mount over an existing sink so they take up less space than units that require a dedicated bowl. They connect to an under-counter water supply line and have a single activation handle that stays on until turned off. They're often used in labs and medical facilities.
