Variable Area Flowmeters
Variable area flowmeters (rotameters) measure the flow rate of chemically compatible media (e.g. gases, oils, liquids) moving through a system. Flowing media pushes the meter's float or spring-loaded indicator to a value on a scale to provide a flow rate measurement.
Flow Switches for Variable Area Flowmeters
Flow switches connect to compatible variable area flowmeters. They signal other equipment within the system to execute functions, such as turning pumps on or off, opening or closing flow control valves, and sounding alarms.
