Industrial Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps
Industrial air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps use compressed air to drive the pump and move chemically compatible liquids in various industrial applications, such as general transfer or dewatering of abrasive fluids in mining operations. They do not produce a spark and can be grounded, making them suited for environments where hazardous, explosive, or easily ignitable materials are present. Double diaphragm pumps are self-priming, can run dry for long periods, are sealless, and are suited for moving viscous liquids and fluids containing suspended solids.

Bolt type tightly fastens the connection points of a pump, creating a better seal than clamp assembly types. Bolt pump assembly types are better suited for chemical applications since they're less likely to leak during operation. Single Port manifold connection has one inlet/discharge port.

PTFE Housing AODD Pumps
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) housing air-operated double diaphragm pumps are highly chemical resistant, withstand high temperatures, and have a low friction coefficient. These pumps should not be used for transferring oxidizing substances such as fluorine or alkali-based liquids.
