Diaphragm Chemical Metering Pumps

Available51 products

Diaphragm chemical metering pumps are self-priming, can run dry without damaging internal components, and are sealless. They use a flexible diaphragm to draw in and transfer liquids through a system. Diaphragm chemical metering pumps are more energy efficient and less likely to leak during operation than peristaltic chemical metering pumps. They are the most effective pumps for injecting chemicals into pressurized lines.

Choosing the appropriate wetted component (e.g., diaphragm, seal, head) material may help reduce the risk of pump failure and can help decrease the time between maintenance and repair. Always refer to the manufacturer’s Chemical Compatibility guide for information.

Solenoid-Driven Metering Pumps

Solenoid-Driven Metering Pumps
Solenoid-driven diaphragm metering pumps utilize a coiled wire and an electrical current to create a magnetic field, activating the plunger in short, repetitive sequences to transfer liquids. As a result, solenoid-driven pumps accurately dose liquids more precisely than other diaphragm chemical metering pumps. These pumps are typically small in size and light; they can be relocated to wherever the pump is needed.

Motor-Driven Metering Pumps

Motor-Driven Metering Pumps
These diaphragm chemical metering pumps are driven by an electric motor. Motor-driven pumps reach high flow and pressure rates and are more durable and easier to repair than solenoid-driven pumps.
