Diaphragm Chemical Metering Pumps

Available1 product

Diaphragm chemical metering pumps are self-priming, can run dry without damaging internal components, and are sealless. They use a flexible diaphragm to draw in and transfer liquids through a system. Diaphragm chemical metering pumps are more energy efficient and less likely to leak during operation than peristaltic chemical metering pumps. They are the most effective pumps for injecting chemicals into pressurized lines.

Choosing the appropriate wetted component (e.g., diaphragm, seal, head) material may help reduce the risk of pump failure and can help decrease the time between maintenance and repair. Always refer to the manufacturer’s Chemical Compatibility guide for information.

Motor-Driven Metering Pumps with Degassing Valve

Motor-Driven Metering Pumps with Degassing Valve
These diaphragm chemical metering pumps are driven by an electric motor. These pumps have a built-in degassing valve which alleviates built-up pressure from within the housing created by fluids that give off gasses. Motor-driven pumps reach high flow and pressure rates and are more durable and easier to repair than solenoid-driven pumps.
