Slit couplings are precision machined from a single piece of aluminum. They are balanced to eliminate vibration and operate at extremely high RPM. The slotted reliefs in the body provide high torsional rigidity and accommodation of misalignment, resulting in zero-backlash motion control required in laboratory and testing applications.
