Controlflex couplings positively connect motor and equipment shafts to precisely transmit electrically isolated power up to 25,000 RPM. They are suitable for use in sensitive machinery where zero backlash is required, such as robotics and small bearing applications. A complete coupling is made up of two coupling hubs, which will accommodate either one or two inserts.

Controlflex coupling inserts, or frogs, join two controlflex hubs to reliably transmit power from one shaft to another. The flexible design accommodates shaft misalignment while maintaining consistent torque transmission.

Single insert hubs for keyed shafts feature a slotted clamp with a machined keyway, secured with a socket cap screw to firmly grip the shaft without marring.
