Sleeve couplings join drive motors and equipment efficiently, while protecting against misalignment, vibration and shock loads. Each unit consists of two hubs or flanges and one insert. The flanges can be bushed bore or plain bore for direct shaft mounting, or they can be paired with compatible shaft-mounted spacers.
One-Piece Sleeve Coupling Inserts
One-piece sleeve coupling inserts join two compatible coupling flanges to complete a sleeve coupling system. JE, JN, and H sleeve inserts are constructed of one solid piece, while the JES and JNS inserts are split for easier installation where the coupled shafts are mounted close together.
