Chain guides align roller chains to keep heavy loads evenly distributed. They mount to the sides of conveyor and rail systems to help facilitate roller chain movement and prevent contact between moving parts and the conveyor system to reduce operational noise and increase the chain's lifespan. Chain guides have tracks and/or channels compatible with specific ANSI chain sizes.
Type T Chain Guide without Mounting Frame
These type T chain guides have a track in the shape of an inverted T that facilitates movement of the roller chain during operation. They do not have mounting frames and are ideal for replacing broken or damaged guides in existing systems.
