Order LookupAir Hose Tool Balancers
Available3 products
Air hose tool balancers suspend tools above work surfaces, keeping the tools within reach to maintain productivity and supporting their weight to decrease user fatigue. Also known as hose reel balancers, they tether tools to prevent damage from drops, lessen workspace clutter, and avoid loss. They ease positioning of tools, producing more accurate work and reducing the risk of repetitive-motion injuries. Using tools that weigh close to the upper limit of the balancer's capacity provides optimal support and puts the least strain on the operator. Air hose tool balancers are commonly used to hold pneumatic tools for assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, and packaging and shipping operations.
Air Hose Tool Balancers
The air hose of these tool balancers connects air-powered tools to an air supply and acts as a retractable cable that allows the tools to move up and down. They route the air hose overhead, keeping it off the floor to prevent tripping and out of the way when positioning tools.
