Compressed Air Line Lockout Valves

Compressed air line lockout valves allow operators to turn off air pressure to branch lines that are not being used or that are undergoing maintenance. Lockout valves for tube fittings mount to air cylinders and stop air flow when there's a loss of pressure.

Numatics Compressed Air Line Lockout Valves
These compressed air lockout valves thread directly into the air supply line and are installed within the modular arrangement of Numatics filter, regulator, and lubricator modules (FRLs). When the valve is turned off at the inlet, the downstream air pressure vents through the exhaust port. They are manually operated and provide an emergency shut-off device for facility safety. These lockout valves help facilities comply with OSHA regulations for lockout/tagout procedures.

These compressed air shut-off valves have threaded ports to allow individual or modular mounting within the arrangement of Numatics filter, regulator, and lubricator modules (FRLs). These isolation valves provide a shut off to downstream machinery and have a lockout (front or back) on their handles.

Numatics Compressed Air Line Slow-Start Quick-Exhaust Valves
These compressed air slow-start, quick-exhaust valves have threaded ports to allow individual or modular mounting within Numatics air treatment assemblies. Their slow-start feature gradually increases downstream pressure, and only allows full flow once inlet pressure has reached a safe level. They have high exhaust capacities to relieve downstream pressure quickly.
