Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers

Available84 products
Refrigerated dryers use a cooling system to dry compressed air which protects downstream components from damage caused by traces of moisture in the air supply. Dropping the temperature of the air, or the dew point, causes the excess moisture to condensate. These dryers require a particulate filter or a liquid separator to remove the condensate from the air supply line. Refrigerated dryers need a power source, and are suitable for general purpose applications where the air is dried to dew points that are high enough to prevent condensation from freezing.

Non-Cycling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers

Non-Cycling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers
Non-cycling refrigerated compressed air dryers have cooling systems that run continuously until manually turned off. These dryers are suitable for applications that need a constant supply of compressed air.

Cycling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers

Cycling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers
Cycling refrigerated compressed air dryers have cooling systems that automatically deactivate when the demand for compressed air stops, which saves energy. These dryers are suitable for applications where the compressed air supply needs are more intermittent.

High Inlet Temperature Non-Cycling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers

High Inlet Temperature Non-Cycling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers
High-inlet temperature non-cycling compressed air dryers cool air that comes into the dryer at higher temperatures. They are non-cycling which means the cooling system runs continuously until manually turned off. These dryers are often used on compressed air systems that do not include an air cooler.
