Filter Bags

Filter bags strain and retain sand, sediment, and foreign materials from the fluids used in industrial water systems and chemical processing equipment. These filters improve product quality, minimize process downtime, prevent clogs and pressure drops, and limit worker exposure. All bags come in standard industry sizing designated to fit filter bag housings and include a micron (µ) rating that describes the ability of the filter media to remove particles of a certain size. The lower the micron number, the finer the level of particles being reduced. Filter bags are used in water processing, beverage production, and the manufacturing of industrial inks, paints, and coatings.
Felt Sewn Seam Filter Bags
Felt sewn seam filter bags provide filtering in food and beverage production, chemical processing, and water treatment. These bags have a sewn seam and high debris holding capacity to prevent clogs and withstand changes in pressure. The double bag construction offers multilayered filtering with fewer change outs. Felt Seamless Filter Bags
Felt seamless filter bags filter liquids used in water treatment, pharmaceutical production, and chemical processing. These seamless bags trap fine particles that might otherwise pass through the pinholes in sewn seams. The fused or welded edges eliminate any fiber migration from the filter bag to the working fluid.
