Bulk Hydraulic Hoses

Bulk hydraulic hoses can be cut to a desired length, and compatible hose fittings can be attached to the ends of the hoses to create custom hydraulic hose assemblies that can be connected to equipment. Hydraulic hoses are used for transferring fluids in high-pressure petroleum- and water-based hydraulic systems commonly found on industrial, mining, and manufacturing equipment. These hoses are reinforced to maximize their strength.

Gates M3K Bulk Hydraulic Hoses with Steel-Braid Reinforcement
Gates M3K bulk hydraulic hoses are used in high-pressure hydraulic oil lines carrying petroleum-based fluids and biodegradable hydraulic fluids such as synthetic esters, polyglycols, and vegetable oils. M3K hose has smaller exterior dimensions and a very tight bend radius, which reduces the amount of force needed to flex the hose and can help reduce the effort required to route and install the hose in tight spaces. The hoses' nitrile/polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tube resists oils, abrasion, and weather. The hoses' nitrile cover resists oils. The hoses are reinforced with one or two steel braids, depending on the size of the hose. Gates M3K hydraulic hoses are compatible with Gates GB, Megacrimp, Global Spiral, Power Crimp, or Stainless Steel B fittings, depending on the size of the hose.

Parker 187 Bulk Hydraulic Hoses with Stainless Steel-Braid Reinforcement
Parker 187 bulk hydraulic hoses are used in high-pressure hydraulic applications to carry petroleum-based fluids and lubricating oils. They are suitable for rugged environments such as mining and railroads. The hoses' tube and cover are made from synthetic rubber. These hoses are reinforced with one or two steel braids. Parker 187 hydraulic hoses are compatible with Parker 43 series crimpable fittings.
