Steam Hoses

Steam hoses are designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures. They have a pinpricked cover that allows gases or vapors trapped in the hose carcass to escape so they don't create a blister in the cover of the hose. These hoses are used for conveying pressurized hot water in steam-cleaning, steam-pumping, heat-control, fire-prevention, thawing, blow-out service, and hoisting applications. They are used in harsh environments like steel mills, refineries, shipyards, foundries, and chemical plants. Bulk steam hoses can be cut to the desired length, and compatible fittings can be added on the ends of the hoses to connect them to equipment. Steam hose assemblies come with fittings installed on both ends of the hose for connecting it to compatible equipment.
