Paint Spray Hoses

Paint spray hoses are used for spraying paints, solvents, lacquers, thinners, and chemicals. Also called paint sprayer hoses, these hose assemblies have fittings on both ends of the hose for connecting to airless and/or pneumatic paint spray equipment.

Binks & DeVilBiss Paint Spray Hoses
Binks and DeVilBiss paint spray hoses have a smooth synthetic rubber cover that resists oils. They provide excellent flexibility and resist kinking. The hoses can withstand exposure to the resins and solvents contained in lattices, epoxies, urethanes, alkyds, primers, acrylics, polyesters, silicones, bitumastic coatings, oil- and water-based paints, lacquers, alcohol, and latex coatings. The internal diameter of the hose is consistent throughout to provide constant fluid and air delivery and help ensure a consistent fit when connecting the hose. These hose assemblies are used with airless and pneumatic paint spray equipment in all finishing operations, a variety of fluid applications, and industrial applications.

Geib Paint Spray Hoses
Geib paint spray hoses have a nylon 11 tube that provides good chemical resistance, a polyurethane cover that has excellent abrasion resistance and good chemical resistance, and dual polyester braid reinforcement for strength. These hoses resist kinking and can withstand exposure to most chemicals, paints, and solvents. They are used as airless paint spray hoses. These hoses are certified to meet UL-1450 standards for painting equipment. They are used with airless paint spray equipment.

Graco Blue Max II Paint Spray Hoses
Graco Blue Max II paint spray hoses have a polyurethane tube and nylon cover. These lightweight hoses provide excellent flexibility and have reduced coil memory, which reduces effort when coiling and uncoiling the hoses. They also have a conductive core for grounding. These hoses are used on airless paint spray equipment. They are suitable for spraying interior and exterior latex paints, oil-based primers, epoxies, block fillers, dryfall, and elastomerics for applications such as painting stencils. They are not suitable for line striping.
