Order LookupFood & Beverage Hose Assemblies
Available12 products
Food and beverage hose assemblies are primarily used to transport edible dry food and drinkable (potable) liquids in industrial food- and beverage-processing applications. They are made from materials that meet or exceed FDA and USDA sanitary standards for food contact. These hose assemblies consist of lengths of hose that have fittings installed on both ends for connecting the hose to equipment.

Tigerflex Double-Ply Polyurethane Food & Beverage Hose Assemblies with Grounding Wire
These Tigerflex food hose assemblies have a double-ply polyurethane tube that offers excellent abrasion resistance when transferring dry materials and resists most animal- and petroleum-based oils. Polyurethane food hoses typically last longer than standard rubber or PVC food hoses. These hoses are reinforced with high-tensile-strength food-grade polyester yarn and can be used for both suction and high-pressure discharge applications. The hoses' rigid helix protects against abrasion and wear and allows the hoses to slide over rough surfaces, which reduces effort when dragging the hoses. A static-discharge wire is embedded in the hoses' helix to dissipate static charge on the hoses and help prevent sparks that can ignite dry materials inside them. These hoses remain flexible in sub-zero temperatures and have transparent walls that allow users to see materials flowing through the hose. They are used for unloading bulk materials from trucks and railcars and handling abrasive materials.
