Bulk food hoses and bulk beverage hoses are made from materials that meet or exceed FDA and USDA sanitary standards for food contact. They can be cut to the desired length and compatible hose fittings can be added to the ends of the hoses for connecting them to equipment.

These Tigerflex PVC (polyvinyl chloride) bulk food and beverage hoses comply with FDA and 3-A requirements and are approved by the USDA for use in meat and poultry plants. They have a convoluted PVC cover that provides excellent flexibility and allows the hose to bend and then return to its original shape. These lightweight hoses are designed for transferring dry foods and food-grade liquids such as drinking water, beer, wine, and juice. They are lightweight and abrasion-resistant, and they have transparent walls that allow users to see materials flowing through the hose. These hoses do not contain phthalates. They are used in food-manufacturing, pharmaceutical-manufacturing, plastic-processing, poultry-processing, and pneumatic-conveying applications.
