Tigerflex PVC Food Hose Assemblies with Convoluted PVC Cover & Static Discharge Wire
These Tigerflex PVC (polyvinyl chloride) food and beverage hose assemblies have a convoluted PVC cover with a static discharge wire embedded in the hose's helix. The convoluted cover provides excellent flexibility and allows the hose to bend and then return to its original shape. The wire dissipates static charge on the hose to help prevent sparks that can ignite dry materials inside the hose. These lightweight hoses are designed for transferring dry foods and food-grade liquids such as milk. The hoses resist abrasion and have transparent walls that allow users to see materials flowing through the hose. These hoses are used in food-manufacturing, pharmaceutical-manufacturing, plastics-processing, and pneumatic-conveying applications.
