Bulk Food & Beverage Hoses

Bulk food and beverage hoses are used to create custom hose assemblies for moving edible dry food and drinkable (potable) liquids. They are primarily used in industrial food- and beverage-processing applications. Bulk food hoses and bulk beverage hoses are made from materials that meet or exceed FDA and USDA sanitary standards for food contact. They can be cut to the desired length and compatible hose fittings can be added to the ends of the hoses for connecting them to equipment.

Nutriflex PVC Bulk Food & Beverage Hoses with Corrugated PVC Cover & Static-Discharge Wire
These Nutriflex PVC (polyvinyl chloride) bulk food and beverage hoses have a corrugated PVC cover with a static discharge wire between the hose and the cover. The corrugated cover provides excellent flexibility, and the wire dissipates static charge on the hose to help prevent sparks that can ignite dry materials inside the hose. These hoses are designed for transferring liquids and dry foods in gravity-flow and vacuum-service applications. They are also well suited for transferring powder, pellets, or granular materials.

Nutriflo PVC Bulk Food & Beverage Hoses with Smooth PVC Cover
Nutriflo PVC (polyvinyl chloride) bulk food and beverage hoses have a smooth PVC cover and are suitable for transferring dry foods and liquids in gravity-flow and vacuum-service applications. These hoses can handle higher pressures than Nutriflex PVC bulk food and beverage hoses with corrugated covers. They are well suited for transferring raw and pasteurized milk and other dairy items with high water content.

Tigerflex Polyurethane-Lined Bulk Food Hoses with Convoluted PVC Cover & Static Discharge Wire
These Tigerflex bulk food hoses have a polyurethane-lined tube that provides excellent abrasion resistance when transferring dry materials and also resists most animal- and petroleum-based oils. Polyurethane-lined food hoses typically have a longer life than standard rubber or PVC food hoses. These hoses have a convoluted cover that provides excellent flexibility and allows the hose to bend and then return to its original shape. They also have a static discharge wire embedded in the hose's helix, which dissipates static charge on the hose to help prevent sparks that can ignite dry materials inside the hose. These lightweight hoses have transparent walls that allow users to see materials flowing through the hose. They are used in food-manufacturing, pharmaceutical-manufacturing, plastics-processing, and pneumatic-conveying applications.
