Order LookupChemical Hose Assemblies
Available56 products
Chemical hose assemblies consist of lengths of hose that have fittings installed on both ends for connecting the hoses to equipment. Also known as chemical transfer hose assemblies, they are used to move chemicals from one location to another and are made from materials that resist damage when exposed to specific kinds of chemicals. These hoses are used for applications such as transferring acids, solvents, and petroleum products to or from storage containers in industrial plants and spraying pesticides, fertilizers, and paint.

FEP Chemical Hose Assemblies with Cam Lock C & E Fittings
These fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) hoses are used for transfer applications that require a flexible hose with excellent chemical resistance, such as tank truck transfer, barge loading, storage tank transfer, and in-plant applications. The hoses have type C and E cam-lock fittings on their ends. Also known as cam-and-groove fittings, the fittings have a side lever that can be engaged to quickly connect or disconnect the hoses in applications where hoses will be changed frequently. The hoses' tube is made from FEP, which provides excellent resistance to high temperatures, chemicals, and thermocycling. The FEP tube also has a low coefficient of friction to maintain high flow rates and provide easy cleaning. The hoses' cover is made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), which provides excellent resistance to ozone and abrasion and offers good resistance to heat and chemicals.

FEP Chemical Hose Assemblies with (M)NPT Fittings
These fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) hoses are used for transfer applications that require a flexible hose with excellent chemical resistance, such as tank truck transfer, barge loading, storage tank transfer, and in-plant applications. These hoses have male NPT (National Pipe Taper) fittings on their ends. The fittings have tapered threads that create a tight seal when connected to compatible equipment.

Polypropylene/Polyester Chemical Hose Assemblies with Polypropylene Cover & Carbon Steel Outer Helix
These polypropylene/polyester chemical hose assemblies are used for transferring and unloading chemicals in plants, tank trucks, and railcars. They are suitable for suction and discharge applications and are rated for full vacuum. The hoses have a polypropylene/polyester tube and a polypropylene cover that provide good chemical resistance to a wide variety of acids and bases. The addition of polyester to the tube material increases the wear resistance and flexibility of the hose compared to hoses that are made from polypropylene alone.
