Air hose assemblies come with fittings installed on both ends of the hose for connecting the hose to pneumatic tools and equipment. Also known as pneumatic hoses or air compressor hoses, air hoses are used to carry compressed air to tools and equipment. These hoses are uncoiled and can be stored on a reel to keep them out of the way when not in use.

Nitrile Air Hose Assemblies with Yellow Nitrile Cover
These nitrile air hose assemblies with yellow nitrile covers are used to convey air, water, oils, petroleum-based solvents, and agricultural spray solutions in the agricultural and oil and gas industries. The hoses have a nitrile tube and cover that resist damage when exposed to oil, solvents, and aromatics. The cover is pinpricked to allow gases or vapors trapped in the hose carcass to escape so they don't create a blister in the cover.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) air hose assemblies with PVC covers are used for carrying air, water, and various spray solutions to tools and equipment in industrial, construction, and agricultural hand-spraying applications. The hoses have a PVC tube and a PVC cover that resist many chemicals and provide moderate resistance to oils. Rubber air hose assemblies with SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) covers are used on compressed air systems in food and beverage, packaging, industrial plants, and aerospace applications. These hoses have a flexible rubber tube with a tight bend radius, which allows the hose to be routed around obstacles. They also have an SBR cover that resists damage from mineral and synthetic compressor oils and fire.
