Air or Water Spring-Return Hose Reels

Air or water spring-return hose reels hold hoses that supply air or water for pneumatic tools, sprayers, and other air or water pressure systems. These air/water hose reels are spring-return reels also called self-retracting, spring-driven, or spring-rewind hose reels because they help retract hose onto the reel without an external power source. The spring-return has a locking ratchet and pawl that locks into place once users have pulled the hose to the desired length. The ratchet is released by pulling the hose out, and then hose can be rewound onto the reel.

Enclosed air or water spring-return hose reels are compact and durable for use in limited spaces. The powder-coated, all-steel enclosure protects the reel and hose from harmful foreign debris. The full-flow shaft and swivel assure product delivery. These medium-pressure (500-3000 psi) reels mount to the floor, wall, or on the ceiling and include an adjustable guide arm. Enclosed air or water hose reels are used with air or water hoses in food and chemical plants, automotive service centers, and with pneumatic tools.

Enclosed Lightweight Air or Water Spring-Return Hose Reels
Enclosed lightweight air or water spring-return hose reels are low-pressure (up to 500 psi) reels designed for continuous use. The polypropylene case houses the brass swivel and fluid path, the steel main shaft, and the steel spring. The case resists most acids, alkalis, and UV rays, and protects and keeps the hose clean. These lightweight reels mount on a wall, ceiling, or the floor. Enclosed air or water hose reels with air or water hoses are commonly used with pneumatic tools and for water service.
