Oil & Hydraulic Oil Spring-Return Hose Reels

Oil and hydraulic oil spring-return hose reels with hoses deliver oil and hydraulic oil for operating hydraulic cylinders, tools, and equipment. The spring-return, also called self-retracting, spring-driven, or spring rewind, allows users to manually rewind hose onto the reel without an external power source. The spring-return has a locking ratchet and pawl that locks into place once users have pulled the hose to the desired length. The ratchet is released by pulling the hose out, and then hose can be rewound onto the oil hose reel.

Dual-Arm Oil Spring-Return Hose Reels
Dual-arm oil spring-return hose reels are powder-coated to withstand corrosive environments. These all-steel, dual-pedestal base reels (500–3000 psi) mount to the wall, ceiling, or on trucks, and include a field-adjustable guide arm. Dual-arm oil spring-return hose reels are used with hoses in auto or fleet service centers, dealerships, and for farm maintenance.

Truck-Mount Oil Spring-Return Hose Reels
Truck-mount oil spring-return hose reels are built with an extra-large chassis, dual-pedestal-style arms, and dual-axle support system that reduces vibration during use. The steel housing is powder-coated for corrosion resistance, and includes an external fluid path, brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlets, and nitrile seals. These medium-pressure (500–3000 psi) reels mount on a truck and include an adjustable guide arm. Truck-mount oil hose reels are used with hoses suitable for on- and off-road applications, on utility vehicles, and at construction sites.
