Oil and hydraulic oil spring-return hose reels with hoses deliver oil and hydraulic oil for operating hydraulic cylinders, tools, and equipment. The spring-return, also called self-retracting, spring-driven, or spring rewind, allows users to manually rewind hose onto the reel without an external power source. The spring-return has a locking ratchet and pawl that locks into place once users have pulled the hose to the desired length. The ratchet is released by pulling the hose out, and then hose can be rewound onto the oil hose reel.

Compact oil spring-return hose reels hold shorter or smaller diameter hoses and are sized to fit in limited spaces. These all-steel reels are powder-coated for corrosion resistance and include full-flow shafts and swivels for maximum oil delivery. These hose reels mount to the floor, wall, ceiling, or on trucks, and include a guide arm that adjusts to two positions. These medium-pressure (500–3000 psi) reels include SAE 100 R1T one-wire braid hose. Compact oil spring-return hose reels are used with hoses in fleet service centers, machine shops, and on construction sites.
