Vacuum Hose Reels

Vacuum hose reels are used with hoses for vacuum recovery or to extract unwanted fumes, particles and by-products from work areas using low- to high-volume suction. Choose spring-return reels or hand-crank hose reels. The spring-return, also called self-retracting, spring-driven, or spring rewind, allows users to manually rewind hose onto the reel without an external power source. The spring-return has a locking ratchet and pawl that locks into place once users have pulled the hose to the desired length. The ratchet is released by pulling the hose out, and then hose can be rewound onto the reel. Hand-crank hose reels, also known as manual rewind reels, are manually-operated using a crank handle that is attached to the barrel of the reel, and turning this handle causes the barrel to simultaneously turn retracting hose.
Vacuum Hand-Crank Hose Reels
Vacuum hand-crank hose reels hold hoses for vacuum recovery or to extract unwanted fumes, particles, and by-products from work areas. The powder-coated steel, U-shaped frame is corrosion-resistant with a direct connect port for vacuum hose with bullet cuffs. The swivel allows for the connection of 1-1/2" and 2" hose on the inlet. The adjustable tension brake prevents freewheeling during operation, transport, or storage. The open-drum design allows a smooth, noncrimping hose wrap. These hose reels mount on the floor, wall, bench, or on trucks. Vacuum hand-crank wheels are used with hoses for vacuum operations, at construction sites, and in maintenance shops.

Vacuum Spring-Return Hose Reels
Vacuum spring-return hose reels hold large 3/4" and 1" hose up to 50-ft. lengths for vacuum recovery and extraction. The heavy-gauge, all-bolted frame includes a corrosion-resistant powder-coated finish. These low-pressure (up to 500 psi) vacuum recovery reels mount on the floor, wall, or in truck cabinets, wherever space is limited. These vacuum spring-return hose reels are used with hoses for industrial cleanup, decontamination, and building maintenance.
