Washdown and pressure washer spring-return hose reels hold water hoses for heavy-duty cleaning applications. Spring-return hose reels are also called self-retracting, spring-driven, or spring-rewind hose reels because they help retract hose onto the reel without an external power source. The spring-return has a locking ratchet and pawl that locks into place once users have pulled the hose to the desired length. The ratchet is released by pulling the hose out, and then hose can be rewound onto the reel. Pressure washer reels hold hoses that use high pressure to remove dirt, grease, and grime in food processing plants, pulp and paper plants, and equipment. Washdown reels handle hoses for low- to high-water volume output with a range of psi requirements for low- or high-pressure applications such as cleaning service bays, food processing plants, and fleet maintenance.

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel washdown spring-return hose reels withstand rust, corrosion, contaminants, and saltwater during wash down. These low-pressure (up to 500 psi) reels hold standard hose for water service only. The heavy-duty base and guide arm are high-grade steel, and the guide arm adjusts to seven positions. These stainless steel hose reels deliver noncorrosive performance when used with hoses for water coastal, offshore, and marine washing and spraying.
