Tru-Flate Automotive Quick-Connect Air Couplings
Available114 products
Tru-Flate automotive quick-connect air couplings are compatible with other Tru-Flate couplings of the same size regardless of pipe size or barbed hose ID. Also known as automotive or Milton T couplings, Tru-Flate couplings were originally designed for the automotive industry. Couplings have an integral sleeve guard to resist accidental disconnection and a tubular valve that delivers high air flow. High-flow couplings increase flow for greater tool efficiency, reduce pressure drop, and decrease air costs. These multipurpose couplings connect air tools and hoses to compressed air supplies for grease guns, drop-down air lines, and paint applicators.
Tru-Flate Automotive Aluminum Quick-Connect Air Coupling Plugs
Tru-Flate aluminum quick-connect air coupling plugs are the male end of coupling sets. Also called nipples, they're inserted into the coupling bodies (female ends) to connect tools to air, water, or fluid lines. High-flow couplings increase flow for greater tool efficiency, reduce pressure drop, and decrease air costs. Aluminum couplings are lightweight and resist corrosion, but are more susceptible to scratches and wear unless alloyed with other metals for strength.

Tru-Flate Automotive Aluminum/Steel Quick-Connect Air Coupling Bodies
Tru-Flate aluminum/steel quick-connect air coupling bodies are the female end of coupling sets. Also called sockets, they accept coupling plugs (nipple or male ends) to connect tools to air, water, or fluid lines. High-flow couplings increase flow for greater tool efficiency, reduce pressure drop, and decrease air costs. Aluminum/steel alloy couplings combine lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum with stronger, high-temperature steel.

Tru-Flate Automotive Brass Quick-Connect Air Coupling Bodies
Tru-Flate automotive brass quick-connect air coupling bodies are the female end of coupling sets. Also called sockets, they accept coupling plugs (nipple or male ends) to connect tools to air, water, or fluid lines. High-flow couplings increase flow for greater tool efficiency, reduce pressure drop, and decrease air costs. Brass is a strong, highly conductive metal that resists corrosion and maintains durability at high temperatures. Brass is softer than other metal plugs and sockets for better connections and compatibility with copper or zinc piping.

Tru-Flate Automotive Stainless Steel Quick-Connect Air Coupling Plug Kits
Tru-Flate automotive stainless steel air coupling plug kits contain multiple plug sizes and are the male end of coupling sets. Also called nipples, plugs are inserted into the coupling bodies (female ends) to connect tools to air, water, or fluid lines. High-flow couplings increase flow for greater tool efficiency, reduce pressure drop, and decrease air costs. Stainless steel couplings withstand pressure and high temperatures, and resist corrosion from caustic chemicals, corrosive fluids, oils, and gases.
