Multipurpose Push-On Barbed Hose Fittings

Multipurpose push-on barbed hose fittings connect multipurpose hoses without using tools, clamps, or ferrules. They are also used to repair damaged hoses to help extend their life. They have raised ridges (or barbs) on one end that hold the fitting in place when it's pushed into a hose, creating a leak-resistant seal. These push-on hose fittings are commonly used on the jobsite to create hose assemblies for conveying air, fluids, and chemicals in industrial plants, construction sites, machine-tool applications, utility equipment, and automotive shops.

6061-T6 aluminum multipurpose push-on barbed hose fittings provide excellent corrosion resistance, good pressure capacity, and good heat conductivity. They are more lightweight than brass push-on barbed hose fittings. These fittings are commonly used in applications that require heat transfer, such as heat exchangers and air coolers. They have raised ridges (or barbs) on one end that hold the fitting in place when it's pushed into a hose, creating a leak-resistant seal without needing a clamp.

6061-T6 aluminum multipurpose push-on barbed hose menders are used to repair and connect damaged hoses. They provide excellent corrosion resistance, good pressure capacity, and good heat conductivity. They are more lightweight than brass push-on barbed hose menders. These fittings have raised ridges (or barbs) on both ends of the fitting. The spliced ends of hoses are pushed onto the mender to create a leak-resistant seal.
